7daysinmylife is an online qualitative research tool. It provides deep and rich insights in your customers needs and motivations. These insights help you develop better products, services or brands that really make a difference. The tool is based on Context Mapping, a research methodology developed at Delft University of Technology by Prof. PJ Stappers and F. Sleeswijk Visser.
7daysinmylife has the form of an online diary, which participants fill out during 7 days. During these 7 days, they keep track of what they do, what they think, what they dream of and how your product, service or brand has a role in their lives. The diary has an open character. This means that participants are free to answer the questions in the diary how they want. They can make use of (digital) post-its, pictures and icons, in order to make the diary really personal.
